Rebuild Schools,Support Ukrainian Children
Chernihiv became one of the main outposts that took the main hit and slowed down the aggressor’s assault on Kyiv in spring. After the departure of russian troops of the Chernihiv region, approximately 180,000 people remain in Chernihiv. 20,000 of them are children. Before the war in the city were 34 schools, for now, 2 schools were completely destroyed and 25 schools suffered severe damage and need restoration.
A priority task for the next 6 months to repair 4 schools - #20, #28, #29, #31 and 5 shelters in school #3 and kindergartens - #32, #65, #53, #76
The total number of students in these schools is 4669. We together can help such a huge number of children to resume their normal studies at once.

Rehabilitation of Shelters in Kindergartners

Walls are important
They help children and teachers feel the usual pre-war atmosphere. They inspire to move forward.
But they lose their power without high quality content.
Reparing walls we need to think of the value they can bring to the city. That is why we aim to open.
Our next priority vectors:
To create safe and children-oriented environment
To work on effective and up-to-date educational content
To attract talented teachers
To make basic repairments of classrooms
An important goal of this project besides the rebuild of walls of schools, we have firm intentions to restore Ukrainian's standard approaches to the school space, to the preparation of children for adult life. We sincerely wish to introduce to create centers on the basis of schools in which children can choose their profession, reveal their talents, talk about complex topics with psychologists, and take specialized skills in IT.
